The customer experience influences the expectations a lot, as easily we can find the technological improvement and how the hospitality is getting easier and more accessible for everyone. On the main advantages we can find, time saving. Hotels that plan to implement this strategy on their operations will have an cmopetitive advantage over their competitors. As well Amzon Alexa gives the hope to customer that in a near future we'll behaving even robots working on the hospitality sector which we can already  start finding.

As group we think its a good implementation because its facilitates life in general. Although it gathers a lot private information on our behavior,  consumer manners and private life.
